Imposter Syndrome

I read this quote by Neil Gaiman a while ago, and it stayed with me.

Imposter syndrome tends to have a negative connotation. I can't entirely agree. Many times, it’s a good thing. It generally means you are in a situation(or room in the case above) you’re operating out of your depth. Operating just out of the comfort zone is where growth happens. Embrace it.

If Neil (both Gaiman and Armstrong) can feel imposter syndrome, it’s understandable for all of us to get it. That feeling in the pit of your stomach? That’s growth, the next adventure. Lean in!
